SHIPPING POLICY

At Elite Essence, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Here's our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle shipping orders:

All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless an insurance claim is made. (ONLY for international orders.)

Processing Time: Our team works diligently to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays, special promotions, or if an item is placed on pre-order.

Shipping Methods: We offer shipping via USPS.  Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. USPS typically takes 3-9 business days to ship domestic packages. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package's progress. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disasters.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30-day policy for store credit, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request store credit for your return.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request store credit for the item you have, and once the credit is issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credit We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for the credit to be applied to your account.
